Ramblas Guesthouse
A nice and confortable Guesthouse in the heart of Barcelona, next to the Ramblas and the Cathedral.
A lovely spacious Guesthouse in this most safe and clean areas of the Gothic Quarter, just 1 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and Cathedral. The apartment is very well furnished, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms, a wide living room and a full equipped kitchen.
The street outside, Duc de la Victoria, is pedestrian where you can feel the real ambience of Barcelona, in the best area of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona.
The apartment has high ceilings since it is a 1900 Old Quarter building, and has just been decorated with very tasteful furniture. The living room is wide and confortable, with a sofa, a dinning table where to eat with the friends or family those days when you prefer to stay at home instead of going to restaurants.
Also is the best way to know people from other side of the world, involved in the best atmosphere of the mediterranean way of life. The kitchen is full equipped and spacious and the bathroom has a full length bath. There is a large roof terrace on top of the apartment to enjoy the sun. The apartment has all modern conveniences including central heating, large TV, washer and dryer. There are 2 double bedrooms, with a balcony where to sit and take a coffee.
One of the biggest advantages of being so close to Catalunya square, is that you have all the transports that you need to move around Barcelona, and also to outside areas: 2 subway lines, most of the bus lines, and the trains that take you directly to the Airport, Sitges, Girona, Figueres (Dalν museum). In Catalunya square you will also find the main stops of the Tourist buses (for Barcelona tours) and the main Tourist Information Office.

Directions
From Barcelona Airport
Since the B&B is situated in the City Center, it is very well comunicated with the Airport. To arrive from the aiport Barcelona El Prat, the best, fastest and cheapest way is to take the AERO-BUS till Catalunya square (Plaza Catalunya). It is the last stop. This bus goes from the airport every 15 minutes, and costs around 3,5. Once in Plaza Catalunya, you can walk till the street Duc de la Victoria 14. It is very closed, and may take around 2 minutes walking. The best is to print out the maps posted in the web site.
From Girona Airport
Girona Airport is situated around 90 km from Barcelona City. RyanAir, the air company flying to Girona provides a bus to every flight arriving to Girona, going from Girona Airport to Barcelona City. It takes around 1h15min and costs 15 round trip. The bus, once in Barcelona, stops in Plaza Tetuan, in the street called Passeig Sant Joan. It is pretty closed to the Ramblas-Plaza Catalunya. The best is to take a taxi till Plaza Catalunya with Ramblas. It may cost around 3 if the taxi driver goes directly. Then from there just walk following the maps posted on the web site.
